The students whose names are listed in the merit list (third phase) are directed to take admission to the respective departments of Surendranath Evening College.
They must print the payment challan (for admission fees) from the website. The amount should be deposited to any branch of Punjab National Bank positively on 10.07.2018 within banking hours.
Students are strictly prohibited from coming to the college campus for any admission procedure.
All admissions would be provisional. The admission formalities will only be completed after verification of all documents and issue of pay slips on the day of the verification on 13.07.2018.
All the students who have deposited the admission fees at Punjab National Bank are hereby asked to come to the college with all relevant documents and the bank receipts on 13.07.18 at 4:30pm.
The verification of documents for all B.A, B.Sc. and B.Com. (Hons. & General) students will be held on 13.07.2018 on the basis of the following schedule:
All B.Sc. (Hons. & General) Room No. CG, at 4:30 P.M.
All B.A. (General) Room No. 11, at 4:30 P.M.
All B.A.(Hons.) Room No. 13, at 4:30 P.M
B.Com.(Hons.)         Room No. 6, at 4:30 P.M
B.Com.(General) Room No. 4, at 4:30 P.M.

It is hereby notified that for smooth completion of the admission process in our college, the third phase of on-line admission is resuming from 06.7.2018, in full compliance with G.O. Nos. 758-Edn(CS)/10M-95/14 dated 03.7.2018 and 781-Edn(CS)/10M-95/14 dated 04.7.2018.

Last Date of Payment of Application Form Fees to Bank: 09.07.2018
Merit List will be published on: 9.07.2018 at 7 p.m. (subject to availability of seats)
Date of Online Admission (payment of admission fees to bank): 10.07.2018 (As per C.U. Norms).

All admission is “PROVISIONAL” and subject to verification and approval by the Calcutta University. The College will not be liable in any way, if any candidate fails to get registration from the University due to lack of any criteria/qualification. Please go through the relevant circulars of the University of Calcutta. After submission of the fee, they need to appear for verification on the scheduled dates as will be notified later. Admission process will be completed only after successful verification.  Candidates are advised to submit the fees if and only if, all information provided in the application is correct (specially name, course, caste, subjects and marks), failing which his/her candidature will be cancelled without any fee refund.  During verification, the candidate should be present in person and submit the following documents arranged and stapled in order:

  1. The printed application form with signature of candidate and his/her guardian in proper place and signed photograph of the candidate pasted in its place.
  2.  Self-attested photocopies of all testimonials (age proof certificate, Class 10 Mark sheet, 10+2 Mark sheet, Caste Certificate (approved by WB Govt. only) if applicable, admission pay slip, application fee submission pay slip. Caste certificate issued from other States will not be considered.
  3. In addition, the candidates need to produce all the above-mentioned documents in original.  If any fake document is detected during or even after verification, appropriate legal action will be initiated against the candidate immediately.  Any candidates already taken admission in other College/Institution needs to cancel the admission within 7-days of taking admission in this College. Either a T.C. or a cancellation stamp on the back of 10+2 mark-sheet is necessary.
